JEREMY FALK YOGA PRESENTS
A WEEKEND YOGA RETREAT
Friday July 5 to Sunday July 7, 2019
Jeremy Falk is an E-RYT 500HR whose mission is to connect our head, heart, and hands through the power of yoga to feel fully alive and of service to the world. Jeremy’s classes offer a soulful and invigorating bhakti vinyasa. Rooted in alignment, he believes it’s not the depth of the pose or how many shapes you make that matters, it’s the depth of the breath and the quality of attention we can offer to a moment before it passes.
With over 12 years of experience in fitness and wellness, his grounded and approachable style has earned him the title of Ambassador for companies like Lululemon, Fitbit, and most recently Yoga Journal, where he traveled the US + London for 6 months documenting yoga’s impact in the west. His teachers are Jason Crandell, Stephanie Snyder, Janet Stone, and the Association for Yoga and Meditation in Rishikesh, India.
Join Jeremy and an eclectic mix of friends, musicians, elixir makers, yogis, and inspired souls from the Bay Area for 3 days and 2 nights on The Land to de-stress, refresh, connect with yourself, and celebrate community.
